Integrated services for drilling, production, pipeline, construction, and process operationsThe Company has been involved with various aspects of providing domestic and international hydrostatic testing services since 1953. Greene’s Pressure Testing and Rentals (GPTR) was established in 1953 by H. Rowe Green, Sr. as a spin off from Halliburton with a niche focus on testing drilling blowout preventers. In the late 60’s and early 70’s, GEG added a line of rental equipment to accompany BOP testing. In the mid 70’s, GEG started performing production tests, and testing of heaters, separators, flowlines and pipelines. Hydraulic torque wrench services were added in 1982. GEG has also expanded into the testing, flushing and reinstatement of piping, flanges and valves on various production and construction projects. These projects include refurbishment of offshore drilling rigs, barges, structural components of fixed platforms, production modules, floating MOPU’s and topside production decks for platforms.
