Integrated Services for Drilling, Production, Pipeline, Construction and Process OperationsGreene's has provided domestic and international hydrostatic testing services since 1953. Greene’s Pressure Testing and Rentals was established in 1953 by H. Rowe Greene, Sr. as a spin-off from Halliburton with a niche focus on testing blowout preventers (BOP's) used in drilling. In the late '60s and early '70s, Greene's added a line of rental equipment to accompany BOP testing. In the mid-'70s, Greene's started performing production tests, as well as testing heaters, separators, flowlines and pipelines. Hydraulic torque-wrench services were added in 1982. Greene's also has expanded into the testing, flushing and reinstatement of piping, flanges and valves on production and construction projects. These projects include refurbishment of offshore drilling rigs, barges, structural components of fixed platforms, production modules, floating MOPUs and topside production decks for platforms.

In July of 2004, Greene's was acquired by The Catalyst Group, a Houston-based private-equity fund, and certain members of management. In December 2006, Denham Capital Management LP, along with a management group, acquired Greene's from The Catalyst Group. Since that recapitalization, Greene's has been successful in expanding into the Rocky Mountain region through its acquisition of Rocky Mountain Testers (RMT) in Marbleton, WY. Greene's recently acquired Cherokee and Devin International Inc. , which will expand its equipment-rental offerings in the Gulf of Mexico.
