Officers of the company

		Bob Vilyus – Chief Executive Officer Bob Vilyus joined Greene's in 2004 in conjunction with Catalyst/Hall’s purchase of the majority membership interest in the company. Mr. Vilyus develops and leads the execution of the company’s business strategy. He has held numerous leadership positions within the energy services industry. Prior to joining Greene's he served as president and CEO of PII North America, president of Weatherford Compression and president of Gemoco. Mr. Vilyus holds a Bachelor of Science degree.

		Eric Langlinais – President and Chief Operating Officer Mr. Langlinais has overseen both front-office and and back-office operations at Greene's and implements its business plans. He has held various positions with Greene's during his more than 25 years of service.

		Mark Yuille – Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Mark Yuille joined Greene's in 2004 in conjunction with Catalyst/Hall’s purchase of the majority membership interest in the company. Mr. Yuille is responsible for Greene's financial reporting and accounting. Prior to joining Greene's he held positions of financial manager and manager of operations for GE Units and CEO/owner of J. Stephens Co. Mr. Yuille holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance.

Executive Directors

		Gene Garber – Senior Vice President, Operations Gene Garber oversees and manages Greene’s numerous operational facilities and personnel. Mr. Garber has more than 25 years of technical-service experience in drilling, production and pipelines, both onshore and offshore. As a long-term Greene's employee he has overseen it all.

		Guy Comeaux – Vice President, Controller and Treasurer Mr. Comeaux has more than 25 years of experience at Greene's. Prior to Catalyst/Hall’s purchase, Mr. Comeaux served as Greene's chief financial officer. Mr. Comeaux holds a Bachelor of Science degree.

		Tom Sawyer – Vice President, Marketing and Sales Tom Sawyer joined Greene's in 2004 in conjunction with Catalyst/Hall’s purchase of the majority membership interest in the company. Mr. Sawyer manages Greene's sales force and leads its marketing efforts. Mr. Sawyer has held numerous leadership positions within the energy-services industry. Prior to joining Greene's he served as CEO of Baseline Technologies, vice president of sales at GE PII North America and manager of technical marketing and sales at BJ Pipeline Inspection Services. Mr. Sawyer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering.

		Tommy Brinkman – Vice President, Pipeline and Production Mr. Brinkman has more than 20 years of experience at Greene's and is responsible for the company’s Pipeline Services segment and its production-service offerings.

		Frank Mathews – Vice President & GM, Devin International, Inc. Mr. Mathews is responsible for managing Devin International Inc, a wholly owned specialty rental equipment company. Before joining Greene’s he spent 31 years at Weatherford International (and Petco) where he held various senior management positions for their drilling, tubulars and down-hole products and service groups. As the leader of Devin, he oversees the development and provision of deepwater motion compensation equipment, coiled tubing support structures, and completion surface equipment along with specialty rental tools.
