Officers of the company

		Bob Vilyus – Chief Executive Officer Bob Vilyus joined the Company in 2004 in conjunction with Catalyst/Hall’s purchase of the majority membership interest in GEG. Mr. Vilyus is responsible for developing and leading the execution of the Company’s business strategy. Mr. Vilyus has held numerous leadership positions at companies within the energy services industry and prior to joining GEG he served as President and CEO of PII North America, President of Weatherford Compression and President of Gemoco. Mr. Vilyus holds a Bachelor of Science degree.

		Eric Langlinais – President and Chief Operating Officer Eric Langlinais is President and Chief Operating Officer of GEG. Mr. Langlinais has overseen both front office and and back office operations of GEG and is responsible for implementing GEG’s business plans. He has held various positions with the company spanning over 25 years of service.

		Mark Yuille – Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Mark Yuille joined the Company in 2004 in conjunction with Catalyst/Hall’s purchase of the majority membership interest in GEG. Mr. Yuille is responsible for the Company’s financial reporting and accounting department. Prior to joining GEG he held positions of Financial Manager and Manager of Operations for GE Units and CEO/Owner of J. Stephens Co. Mr. Yuille holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance.

Executive Directors

		Gene Garber – Senior Vice President, Operations Gene Garber is Senior Vice Presidents of Operations of GEG and is responsible for overseeing and managing the Company’s numerous operational facilities and personnel. Mr. Garber has over 25 years of technical service experience in drilling, production, and pipelines, both onshore and offshore. As a long term GEG employee he has overseen.

		Guy Comeaux – Vice President, Controller and Treasurer Guy Comeaux is Vice President, Controller and Treasurer of GEG. Mr. Comeaux has over 25 years of experience at GEG and prior to Catalyst/Hall’s purchase Mr. Comeaux served as the Company’s CFO. Mr. Comeaux holds a Bachelor of Science degree.

		*Dan Eberhart – Vice President, Acquisitions* Dan Eberhart is Vice President of Acquisitions of GEG. Mr. Eberhart is responsible for developing and leading the Company’s business development efforts. Mr. Eberhart has held numerous corporate finance positions. Prior to joining GEG, he served as Vice-President of Acquisitions for Robson Energy. Mr. Eberhart holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Vanderbilt University as well as a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane Law School.

		Tom Sawyer – Vice President, Marketing and Sales Tom Sawyer joined the Company in 2004 in conjunction with Catalyst/Hall’s purchase of the majority membership interest in GEG. Mr. Sawyer is responsible for managing the Company’s sales force and leading its marketing efforts. Mr. Sawyer has held numerous leadership positions at companies within the energy services industry and prior to joining GEG he served as CEO of Baseline Technologies, Vice President of Sales at GE PII North America and Manager of Technical Marketing and Sales at BJ Pipeline Inspection Services. Mr. Sawyer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Queen’s University.

		Tommy Brinkman – Vice President, Pipeline and Production Tommy Brinkman is Vice President of Pipeline and Production. Mr. Brinkman has over 20 years of experience at GEG and is responsible for the Company’s Pipeline Services segment and its production service offerings.
