Greene’s team of gas dehydration unit experts are experienced in land and offshore oil and gas projects to perform service, repair and maintenance of system components.
Gas dehydration services include inspecting and trouble-shooting systems; system control tuning and adjustments; service valves, controls and heat component inspections; a pump sales, service, exchange and refurbishment program; heat exchangers, burners, stack arrestors and igniters; and heating component insulation repair or replacement.
We also have the capability to provide lab analysis and to make service recommendations on dehydration system fluids. For example, Greene’s can perform a glycol sample analysis with comprehensive laboratory reporting and make post-report chemical service recommendations.
Additionally, with filtration sales and services for dehydration systems, Greene’s provides sock and charcoal filter sales, maintains many filters in stock and can provide filtration trouble-shooting and repair services.
Greene’s has worked on Gulf of Mexico platforms on the shelf providing analysis and insights; in the northern United States to install gas dehydration units into a new facility; helping a Louisiana gas plant solve issues with drying gas; and a pipeline in the Southern United States remove fluid from the gas pipeline, to name a few efforts where our expertise was used.
Our focus is preventative maintenance and optimized efficiency of gas dehydration units for our customers.
