GREENE'S APPOINTS FRANK MATHEWS TO THE POSTITION OF VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVIN BUSINESS GROUP

Greene’s Energy Group LLC has appointed Frank Mathews to the position of Vice President of Devin Business Group, responsible for oversight of their newly acquired Devin International, Inc. business.  Devin is an oilfield equipment rental and services company, headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana. Mr. Mathews will oversee the expansion of Greene’s extensive rental capabilities and move the company into the high growth deep water, unconventional gas and international markets.  He has had a very successful 31-year career with Weatherford International. Most recently, he was U.S. Director of Operations for their Drilling Tools, Downhole Services and Tubular Running Services. Mathews has extensive experience in management of U.S. domestic and international oil service businesses.

Houston, Texas, August 8, 2008.  Greene’s Energy Group, LLC (Greene’s) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Devin Rental Tools, Inc. (Devin), an oilfield equipment rental and services company, headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana.
