Frank Mathews – President and Chief Operating Officer
As President and Chief Operating Officer, Frank Mathews is responsible for overseeing the company’s day to day operations and guiding the overall business strategy. Mathews also serves on the Board of Directors. His core focus is to lead the company in Greene’s mission of serving our industry with the highest standard of excellence in safety and service quality, utilizing our world class talent to exceed our customers’ expectations in all areas of the oil and gas sector that we serve. He was previously president of Greene’s Well Testing and Wellhead Services, the largest business unit within the company. Beyond his executive positions within Greene’s, Mathews held a number of senior management positions, with over 30 years at Weatherford International in their drilling tools and tubular running services product lines.
Renee Sass – Chief Financial Officer
Renee Sass joined the company in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer to lead the company’s fund raising efforts, oversee its financial reporting and planning activities, and manage the U.S. and international accounting and tax activities. Sass has more than 28 years of experience in the global energy and infrastructure industry in both management and consulting positions. As a partner of Fairlead Advisors, she had held principal and advisory roles with private sector cleantech startups, global energy companies, private equity investors and government agencies with much of her work focused on debt and equity financing, acquisitions, asset divestitures and other transactions. She has served as interim-CEO of a motor technical company, CFO of a clean energy technology company startup, and CFO of a power development company. From 1991 to 2002, she worked at NRG Energy, Inc. serving in a variety of senior finance and development positions before joining the senior management team as Vice President-Strategic Planning and Portfolio Assessment. Sass started her energy career in 1988 as member of the Utilities Consulting Practice of Ernst & Young. She has taught as an adjunct instructor of Master of Business Administration and undergraduate finance courses at a number of colleges and universities. Sass holds an Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Arts in communication arts and business marketing from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland.
Maury Dumba – Chief Marketing Officer & Senior Vice President
As Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President, Maury Dumba oversees all marketing and sales, corporate development efforts to expand Greene’s market share, revenue base and brand awareness. Dumba also directly handles investor relations. His history working with major industry players such as Schlumberger, Capstone Turbine Company, General Electric and Cadre Services Inc. makes him a natural fit to guide Greene’s Energy Group’s business development and marketing strategy. He is responsible for identifying growth goals, recommending business development opportunities and integrating acquisitions into the company. He also leads the process of evaluating potential acquisitions and divestitures based on value, growth potential and overall fit within the company’s master plan. Dumba earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.
Lance Bolds – Chief Legal Counsel & Senior Vice President
Lance Bolds, has served as Chief Legal Counsel for Greene’s since 2012 and promoted to Senior Vice President in 2015, provides general counsel for all Greene’s operations worldwide and is responsible for the company’s human resource function. Bolds has more than 17 years of experience dealing with complex business matters, compliance, litigation and oil and gas-related issues. Bolds holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Law and American Jurisprudence from the University of Houston and a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law. Bolds is a member of the State Bar of Texas and licensed to practice before all state courts in Texas and the Southern District Court in Houston.
Lyle Girouard – Chief Administrative Officer & Senior Vice President
As Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President, Lyle Girouard oversees the company’s QHSE, IT, procurement and shared services groups. For the past 2 years, he was Director of Shared Services, including management of the accounting department. Prior to that, since joining Greene’s in 2008, Girouard served as financial manager for the Well Testing and Wellhead Services business unit and was involved in numerous acquisition projects. He has been involved in the oil and gas industry for more than 30 years, previously serving as a chief financial officer for multiple firms. His strong leadership and industry experience are relied upon to ensure Greene’s safety, communications and internal processes are best in class. Girouard earned a bachelor of science in accounting from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette.
