Greene’s Energy Group invests in its employees. Whether you are a new hire or an experienced industry professional, Greene’s offers in-house and third-party training classes and training programs. All new employees must complete Basic Safety Orientation and Smith System Driver Safety Training.
Entry-level workers will go through an extensive on-the-job training program. In addition, basic industry courses and customer-specific courses are required and paid for by Greene’s.
All field employees are required to attend and maintain job-specific certifications and training programs including OSHA’s Basic Orientation Plus, IADC Rig Pass Orientation, Hydrogen-Sulfide Safety, Marine Survival and/or First Aid/CPR.
The types of training and certifications required depend on job responsibilities and the energy-service segment you will be working in.
Greene’s routinely holds service-specific technical training classes at one of its training facilities or at company base locations. Operators and technicians can advance through three levels of company qualifications. Supervisory and management training also is offered.
Greene’s also uses industry-leading, third-party training companies and professionals to provide its employees the very best training. In addition, Greene’s frequently pays for employees to attend industry seminars, conferences and exhibitions to keep up with industry developments and to learn more about the emerging technology and tools.
